Have to say I do like the big screen on the Samsung phone, I'll give them that.

Hardware specs are generally better.

Build quality and design is generally worse.

Software ecosystem is a religious debate split between those that say iOS blows away Android and those that argue Android is catching up or almost as good. Then the 2% who actually have a legitimate need for minor flexibilities Android allows that iOS doesn't.

Wait until next week to see what Apple announces at WWDC. They probably won't make a phone announcement, but there are rumors of a bigger screen.

The new samsung have a new feature to sync your iphone data to your new samsung.

I think this one is a very good feature if you think to change your phone from iphone to samsung galaxy s3
