Hi friends please help me!!!

As now i am working one of the engineering company in india for nearly one year. i got a new job in singapore for past 1 month. my employer applied for me s-pass visa in mom. but my visa was rejected. My employer reapeal the visa status to hire me. But again it was rejected. Is there any chance to reappeal to get the S-pass... why my visa was rejected please guide me..

Doubtful. It could be for any number of reasons, but I suspect it's because you degree is not recognized in Singapore. If you don't have a degree, then that is probably the reason.
