How to find a job (without EP)?

Dear all,

I came to Singapore 3 months ago for an assignment together with my gf who doesn`t have an EP nor dependent pass since we are not married.

She successfully graduated from Management in Slovakia, Bratislava and also has a diploma of Management from Australia. Except of that she also worked in Finance dept. of multicultural company for 2 years.

Despite that we are having hard time finding her appropriate job due to missing EP.

Would you be able to give us any tips, advices of what should we do to get the employment pass and/or job?

She has to find a job first. The employer has to apply for the EP as the employer is the sponsor. No employer, no EP.
