EP Question

Hi,

I am presently serving my notice period in my present employment. I now have 1 offer from Company "R" and I am giving final round interview in another company"T"(hoping to get cleared).

So my Question is, company "R" is requesting my details for processing EP, but if I get through company "T" I would not join Company "R", so is there any issue if I apply EP through "R" first and then if I get through "T", I can go back to "R" and request them to cancel, would MoM feels alright abt it?
