What you have posted here is very likely an attempt of the fraud using ICA name and what you perhaps are not really aware is that Singapore government is watching this forum very closely. Probably you should get your toothbrush, underwear and such ready.

Thanks tgd for your tip.
For the benefit of all those reading this forum, can you explain further your case and your friends brother's case? Cos not everyone comes under a "Special Stand out" or "Compassionate grounds". Your cases would let us know what is considered as such.
Also how long did you and your friend's brother wait before applying for PR? and was it your first application?
Would you recommend a MP letter with your application or a meeting with the MP after you applied that this is your case and you would like his help to expedite it?
