Has anyone been to Monsoon Hair house at Novena?
Been in Singapore for about a year and each hairstyle & colouring experience has been worse than the earlier one
Am a little tired of having my hair burnt & damaged and styled like it is out of a 1980s magazine!!!Are there any stylists / salons you can use for a cut & colour that won't charge an arm & a leg??
Have made an appointment with Monsoon for later this week, so any feedback on Monsoon or any other good salons in SG would be most welcome.
I have read thro' quite a few of the earlier threads.. but most of the responses are at least a couple of years old...i figure the stylists may have moved on.. hence checking once again.
