Does anyone have a moving company they would recommend? I received two competing quotes from Dodge Mayflower and Cartwright International Movers. Dodge Mayflower was double the cost of Cartwright. Anyone has experience with Cartwright?
Since its an international move, I want to make sure that its as hassle free as possible but 2x the cost is a little excessive.

How do you know that 2x the cost is excessive with ONLY two quotes. MAYBE one of the quotes is only half the cost and I'd wonder about getting only half the service......... That's why you are always told to get either 3 or 5 quotes so you have some sort of baseline.

Upon more probing, Cartwright finally responded that they do not quote the Terminal Handling Charges which I will be liable for. That is estimated to be another SGD2000. Which makes both companies even again. Hmph! Definitely prefer Dodge Mayflower over Cartwright at this point.
