Anyone who have experience from budgetaccounts?

Hi,

We are in the process of setting up a private limited company (Pte Ltd) in Singapore. We will have our own local director (singaporean) as well as company secretary (singaporean), one of the director as well as the sole owner will however be foreign so according to what we read we need to use a professional consultant firm to do the actually incorporation of the company in Singapore.

In this forum the most people seems to prefer rekvin or janus but I just liked to know if anyone have had any experience with budget accounts (http://www.budgetaccounts.com.sg)?

To company will act as an holding company for the rest of the companies in the group (the rest of the companies are non-sg companies).
