recently noticed that pimples-liked things are shown on my skin, at the arm areas. does anyone have them and what are they?

umm..cold be some kind of rashes. if it gets worse within a couple of days, go see a doctor & get them to recommend you the national skin centre (cheaper if there is a recommendation)
