I am currently looking for a job as Adminstration/Sales& Marketing but most announcements are for locals/PRs and Malaysian???

I think MOM is trying to bring down the number of foreigners in all sectors, not just business alone.

Still, the job you are looking for will be a little iffy to get because the priority is always to the locals first. Unless, of course, hiring you is justified by your hiring company to the MOM when they try to apply for your pass.

Keppel Fels have loads of work but no more room for foreigners, so it appears the MOM are cutting back.....and with no chance of locals getting their wee hands dirty.....stand by for China to start taking some of the rig/shipbuilding contracts from under the nose of Singapore

KepFels will still get the contracts, but will build the rigs in their yards in the 'peens or in Texas. They will have to modify their bid prices though, without the cheap labour in the US ('peens still inexpensive though). I look for Korean rigbuilding industries to be competitive (have been already for some time).
