I have taken PR appointment for which iam preparing all the set of documents need to submit for verification.unfortunately i dont have my 1st employment certificate with me and i may not be able to get it as that company is no more existing.
Pls suggest if i can proceed to PR appontment or cancel the appointment

Do not cancel, as company is no more - nothing much you can do.
Just be honest and write a reason to ICA on application submission why you are unable to produce that doc.
Most likely ICA will vet, if you are true and have a genuine reason ICA can accommodate if you have other strong factors.
Where are you from? race? salary? longer stay? any volunteer work?
