where to buy Japanese sweets flour

Hon-Kudzu (Real Kudzu Powder) is used to make japanese sweets called kudzu mochi so where can i buy them here? will it be available in Daiso? and also where can i buy mochi powder?

There is a Japanese grocery store in the basement of Parkway Parade called Sakura. No idea if they have what it is you're looking for, but my wife finds all kinds of things she likes there.

You could also try Medi-ya at Liang Court. It sells a lot of Japanese products in there, even those $100 melons if you're feeling rich.
