Company incorporation

Post by ducatista » Wed, 09 May 2012 4:06 pm

Ive several question that im unsure about... 1) how long does it take to incorporate a singapore company? and

2) After we have injected the money into our company as paid-up capital, how soon can we start using it towards business expenses or investment?

a) It takes only 2-3 days to incorporate a Singapore company.
b) The minimum paid-up capital required is S$1, which is really insufficient. After incorporating your company, you need to open a corporate bank account. Before you start trading, you need to transfer a substantial amount to this account. If you are an EntrePass holder your minimum paid-up capital is S$50,000.
