I'm black and have been living in Singapore for about 4 Months. The Afro is becoming a little unmanageable and does not look cool in the office. Does anyone know of a barber here in Singapore with skills?

Search on 'Black hair' and/or 'African American hair'... or similar, you get the idea.

It has been discussed a few times this past year or two...

p.s. that said I seem to only recall one specific recommendation being made as a result of these past discussions.

I would be surprised if on your salary you get PR though.

If your total compensation is 5k per month, then it suggests your monthly salary is below...
