my bf would like to work in singapore and he has 10 years experience in sales/marketing, healthcare, aviation and customer service fields. He was a manager with a sales company for 4 years before back in portugal and had won numerous awards. And speaks several different languages. However, doesnt hold a degree. How can he get about securing a job in singapore? any chance?

Without a degree I believe that he would need a P1 employment pass (for which you do not need to be a graduate). To apply for a P1 you need to have a job offering more than S$8k/month.

How about applying, contacts through his current situation, hard effort to look for something.

Even if he did have the same experience and 2 degrees from Cambridge it wouldn't necessarily guarantee him a role!
