There isn't a difference whether you live in a HDB of apartment, the rates are based on CONSUMPTION - how much you use.

Yes. Pub bills in the hawker centres near most HDBs run to around $5/can, while fancy bars favored by the condo jetset will charge you double for a watered-down draft Tiger.

I reckon there is, but pub say there is no difference. Last time when i stay in farrer rd with another 2 others is the same price as currently in holland v with a total of 3 person . I called up pub many times for a explanation as we both work 9-5 and hardly at home
