Nothing. Closest I can think of is iTunes, and even that is severally restricted for Singapore market. iTunes is very easy to just change to a US account though, just make up a fake US Address, and load your account with pre-paid gift cards. You can even buy them on eBay at 80cents on the dollar usually.
If your heart is set on NetFlix, look into a VPN solution. These will usually be at least a few dollars a month.
