My husband and I are and our two dogs will be relocating to Singapore come mid June 2012. We'll need to stay in a
Serviced Apartment for at least 6 weeks until our stuff comes gets there. Can anyone recommend a pet-friendly
Service Apartment that isn't inordinately expensive? Company is only giving me a lump sum to move, i.e. they are not picking up the tab of the serviced apartment...so we're looking for somewhere that is not exorbitant.....

Your dogs will most likely need to be quarantined depending on from where you are coming. If it's the US, 10 days. From China, 30 days, so you'll need to sort that out, first, I would imagine, if you haven't already. I DO know that the Orchid Park Suites is animal-friendly, however it might be a bit expensive. Most
Service Apartments are, as I understand it.

Hi Guys,
Sorry if this has come up before but I couldn't find it.
Do pets coming from the UK and moving to Singapore need to go into quarantine?
Is it safe / clean / long?
Who does it?
I am really worried about how to safely and without distress get my 2 year old cat from UK to Singapore.
Any tips or links to other existing threads would be much appreciated
Many thanks
