Post by snailplace » Sun, 29 Apr 2012 8:40 pm

Please help me choose! What would you decide on? We've been looking for condo to move into right away until end of August, its not easy, here are my options so far

Costa del sol, 5k, 1300sqf, but need to move out 1st aug

City square, 5.4k, 820sqf

Anchorage, 5.1k, 1200sqf, but can't move in till may 4th

River valley, 5k, 1100sqf, but can't move in till may 18th

I work on shenton way, hubby looks after our two kids, one will go to nursery school, the other is too young

It seems that your dates are the most important thing. It doesn't really help if you need to move out a month before you leave Singapore - or do you have alternative accommodation? Same question for the apartments that are not immediately available.

Have you checked out serviced accommodation? For the rental prices you're quoting (esp the City Square accomm which is tiny) you could probab get a Serviced Apartment with a lot less hassle. A quick websearch gives me these options:

Thanks will check them out. Agree with the dates observation, but was trying to get a place that's a bit more family fun oriented...if we didn't have kids, Serviced Apartments would be the way to go for sure.

Dates aside, what would you choose out of the four places?
