Wanted to get some advice on type/location of residence.
I will be working in Singapore for 12 months starting this summer and will have my family with me (including 2 children - 1 yr-old + one on the way). We are looking for a 3 bedroom place for the year. Having looked around the forum and internet, it seems that furnished or Service Apartments may be the way to go as we don't want to have to furnish a relatively short rental.
Budget: 4-6000/month
Location: preferably close to Singapore General Hospital and downtown; not sure if this is possible but would prefer some shops/grocery stores within walking distance.
Rooms: 3 bedrooms
Based on these requirements (esp. the location), can anyone help suggest possible areas or apartments/condos?
