I've done market research sessions in the UK and they definitely don't pay as much as that. They also don't solicit via anonymous e-mails. And those ridiculous pictures above are simply pulled off the web.

First post since 2006? Sounds suspicious to me. Moreover, Google recently released a style guide for Android for an optimal user experience so having a focus group would be overkill.

I've done market research in SG and I was paid $100 for an hour's "work" it was with Philips through some Market research company looking for Ang Moh's... It was worth the hour IMO, quite enjoyed it!

PM me the company if they are looking for others ;)

I'd much rather do market research on the latest trends in pornography...

Hi Nakatago

It is not fake. I have registered this account in 2006 during my short visit to Singapore to evaluate my transfer. Unfortunately I was assigned to work in Germany. So I did not use this account.

Now I am back to Singapore (last week) coincidentally I received the email so I shared. for the benefit of others :D

Unfortunate. But if you had spent any time on the forum you'd have known that people who reproduce in full what looks like a spam message, especially amongst their first few posts - even if they purport to only wish to discuss it - do tend to come under the Mods very close attention.

p.s. Originally you said you're curious but interested in participating in the surveys. Now you say you're leaving SG this week and posted it for the interest of others. Confused!
