Sublease agreement - draft copy

Post by nismavrik » Wed, 18 Apr 2012 7:44 pm

Hi

I am the main tenant. If I were to sublet one of the rooms in my unit I would need a "sublease" agreement. Is there a draft copy of the "Sublease" agreement i could zap immediately?

Thanks in advance.

You better ensure YOUR lease with the owner allows you to Sub-Lease. Otherwise you may both be violating the terms of your T&A.
