i am interested in having rhino in thailand, however, i am lead to believe that quite often the thai drs do not use general anaesthesia and this really concerns me!!!! does anyone have experience with rhino and just sedation rather than general

they normally use sedation for "straight foward" rhinoplasty. as in only put in the implant to give your bridge height.

if your nose need more work.. like tiplasty, cartillage etc which require longer time.. they will not use sedation cos patients may move alot and affect the result.

those smaller single doc operated clinic always use sedation cos they do not have professional anesthetists.
