International Shipping Agent

Postby mrs.r » Tue, 17 Apr 2012 5:23 am

Hi,

We are moving from London to Singapore in the summer. Has anyone got a shipping company they could recommend? I have looked online for companies but haven't decided on anyone yet. I would like to hear from anyone with personal experience, good or bad.

Thank you
Mrs.r

Last time I moved to SG (ex London) I used Pickfords. I got three quotes and they seemed the best and most convincing.

Keep in mind that Pickfords and I think all others will interface with a local company for the SGn half of the move. So I think our move in was handled by KC Dat, or similar.

I'd use Pickfords again, but then I'd also re-tender the job in the first place as well just to be sure :)

Thanks for that.
There are so many things to organise for the big move. I would like try and keep stress levels as low as possible but not sure how realistic that is :-)
