I've almost completely the whole s-pass procedure now but have hot a bit of a road bump.

Done the medical and i am perfectly fit and healthy but now that it comes to send the documents off i seem to have lost my immigration card the IMM27 or whatever its called the "white card" i have the stamp in my passport to show when i arrived, but does not having that cause a problem??

First thing you need to do is go to a police post and file a report of a lost embarkation/disembarkation card. Take that along with the rest of the kit to the reporting place. You should be okay.

If you have the police report, it shouldn't cause any problems.
