PR's stand on purchacing HDB flats in singapore.

Hi guys would like to know the criteria for a foreigner to purchase HDB flat in Singapore.
and how the government prioritize the distribution of HDB flats in Singapore.

Foreigner cannot buy HDB flat unless they are a PR.

That. And also depending on EIP and SPR quota.

Former keppel site will house 6,000 HDB flats...I am sure the prices will be very high and MOP is likely to be min 10 years...Looks like home prices...
