Are there any Ice Hockey fans out there? The NHL Playoffs are starting up. I have NHL Game Center and a HD TV. Let me know if there is any interest in watching with me. Ice hockey + Beer at 7:30 am on a weekend, wonderful eh? (I can watch the games later in the day if 7:30 is too early

Anyone know where I could watch it in bars or restaurants?

Hello! I watch the NHL too, rather frustrated though as I can't seem to upgrade my NHL Game Center to the one that streams the matches live so I'm forced to watch them on my HDTV. Pretty cool though. I support the Philly Flyers (Who play NJD on monday 3am for game 1 of the semis!) I'm only 17 - so no beer for me ha!
Would be cool if all the NHL fans in Singaland could come together and watch games. No idea if any pubs/restaurants in SG screen the games though...

I think Chili's at Tanglin would be open for Game 2 (Singapore time 8 a.m. on Sunday, June 3).
I'm neither a Kings nor a Devils fans, but I'd love to watch anyway. Anyone up for it? I could watch at Chili's or anywhere else. PM me if interested.

I know this thread is from a year ago, but is the offer still on the table to watch NHL games?? I'm dying to watch the Blackhawks/Red Wings game on Friday morning.

Anyone for this?
Would be great to watch amongst fellow hockey fans, and why not a chilled lager in hand early for once?

Yeah I really wish there was a place to watch the games over here... but there are no bars open at 7-8am...
Last year and this year I got the NHL Gamecenter subscription so I can watch the games. Its is incredibly worth it and I would suggest it. I typically watch the games when I get home from work or wake up at 8 on the weekends (though since the Caps lost I have been a bit lazy about it...)
If someone has a pretty central location (with an HD TV!) , I wouldn't mind meeting up for Game 2 at 8am Sunday.

Probably a bit late now, the puck drops in only a few hours, but I managed to subscribe to ASN via Mio. All games live, and repeats, too. Will send you a PN.

I spoke with the owner of Smokeys in Joo Chiat. He said he will show Game 5,6 and 7 in the evenings.
I will probably go there for game 6 and 7.
Btw, it is outdoors, so beware of the haze....

*If necessary. I'm conflicted about wanting a game 7. On one hand, more hockey. On the other, I don't want Boston to have a chance to win.

Agreed, I really dislike Boston... but I really love Game 7's (so long as my team is not involved in them...)

Dude, tell me about it. Leafs fan here. Game 7 against Bruins almost killed me.
