I'd imagine that most people that move here and initially stay in a
Serviced Apartment get it sorted out before showing up; we certainly did. At a minimum I'd suggest you do some online research and make a shortlist before you move here. If I were in your position I'd email the places that look interesting and check whether they expect to have availability
and whether they will allow you to stay there with a dog.

However, AFAIK, the search function here doesn't specifically allow you to seek out serviced apartments. But one other source of valuable information for expats here is the web page that sundaymorningstaple (SMS to his friends

Good luck with your search, and could I suggest that you post an update here when you have more information about which places will accept dogs, as that would likely be of interest to other people in a similar position in the future.
