Hi,
I'm filling out the PEP notification form, and have to provide:
Basic Monthly Salary
Fixed Monthly Salary
Gross Annual Salary
Now, I have "thirteenth month" and a transportation allowance and I'm not sure how those are reflected. (MOM's site implies they need to be there)
Let's just say I make $130k a year including 13th month (and offer letter stated 130k as annual salary), and $1k a month allowances. Would this be accurate then for how I fill out the form?
Basic = $10k a month (130/13 =)
Fixed = $11k a month (Basic + $1k allowance per month)
Gross Annual = $130k + $12k allowances, so S$142k total?
OR should I just divide my annual salary by 12 for basic, and add in the $1k for fixed? Either way, gross would stay the same?

Basic vs Fixed Monthly and Gross Annual Salary question
Btw, this is what I found on MOM's site, but does not answer the question for me:

Re: Basic vs Fixed Monthly and Gross Annual Salary question
Leave the AWS out of the Basic & Fixed. Include it in the Gross Annual and you'll be okay.zzm9980 wrote:Hi,

So if your PA Salary is quoted as 120K plus 13th month bonus (this is neither a basic monthly nor is it a fixed monthly payment) The your basic salary would be 120K/12.
Your Fixed Monthly would be 120K/12 + 1K allowance
Your Gross annual would be 10K*13 + 12K.
