I have seen in Vietnam. Poor dogs, caged up in markets, waiting to be bought and cooked up...

That's preferable to the severed dog heads or torsos lying around waiting to be sold.... And this is in prime markets in Hanoi, not ulu ulu.

i've seen the posters in mustafa area..
hopefully the dog will be found ..reward or no reward..poor doggie and owner. cant post the photo but for information, the reward posted is 200.
