How much is it to buy an HDB flat in Sinagpore?
What is normal buy or rent?
Are there different types?
Are they sold by the council or private people?
I need the size for my wife, myself and our children.

I presume that you are a foreigner to throw this question, because locals and foreigners who are already here for a long while will know that HDB is a privilege only to Singaporean citizens first and then PRs - no foreign purchase.
