I brought shares in a small Singapore company around 25 years ago.

I tried calling the owner (my friend) but his mobile is not operational and then tried calling the company but still no answer

The last time I heard from my friend was four years ago - he is quite elderly and wondered if he is still alive.

Is there anyway I can find out if

A) The Company is still active. Is there a companies house in singapore (like the one in UK)

B) The Owner is still alive
