KOVAN Residences

Hi All-

Any comments on this area? I know it is next to an MRT... what about shopping close by?

Kids will go to SAIS and husband works at Shenton AXA.

Just found this thread after a search on Kovan. Ambercflo, did you make a decision on this condo? We are looking at it this afternoon. My daughter is attending SAIS & we want to find something close.

We looked at the condo's around Woodleigh at first & really only like 8@Woodleigh. The issue is that there is only 1 4br apt on offer & they are asking way too much for this. The 8@Woodleigh apt's are a little on the small side. It's a brand new condo so I guess they can afford to ask for more but the downside is that it's not close to any shops.

Kovan area looks good - next to MRT (2 stops to SAIS) & Heartland Mall. Whilst the apts in Kovan Residences look good, there seems to be very little facilities.. no gym! So we are checking out Kovan Melody as well.. seems nice.. anyone on on this forum living there?
