The only reason you could see 'em is because they turned on the lights on Orchard Road for Earth Day.

Nope. We simply don't have the space for one! (...neither the desire for one...) And these commercial baby sitters are more expensive than it's worth to go out for a few beers.

Guys I'm considering just putting the kid to sleep in the stroller and toting him along. Would it be horrible of me to take my toddler out at night so I can drink beer? :-k

Hip, Hip, Hurray! I think you are now thinking. Let's face it, if he wakes up he won't be a problem either. Why deprive yourself when he seems to be a good traveler.

So you are good for the 20th! Fantastic.

Oh dear, I'm so sorry guys but I won't be able to make it as I'll be sent to some island for field work on Friday :(

Quick one: Now that we're on the subject, does anyone know where is St James Island in Singapore? Tried to Google it but search result doesn't make sense :-| The only St James I know of is the power station and the church...

I'll try to get down there too. I have an office drinks session on earlier in the evening so I'll be well oiled - er - warmed up if I drop by around 9pm...

Ehem...I know people working there and commuting back and forth every day. It is more less like you would say you have a field work on Friday in Changi or Tuas and you can not join ;-)
