Serviced Apartment in Singapore

Post by clong » Tue, 27 Mar 2012 6:57 am

Hi - can anyone recommend a Serviced Apartment for up to a month? Ideally close to Orchard/Holland Park, with gym/pool a must. Not necessary to have daily service/meals, but a couple of times a week. Thx

I know a chap who stayed at the one round the back of Somerset 313 for a few months when here on business, I cannot say ow much it was, but it was very nice and had the facilities you ask for! Can't remember what it was called either (sorry!)

We stayed in a condo over in the East sold as a Serviced Apartment, the company sometimes advertise on here actually, LMB Housing, but that was near NUS (Dover area) it was cheaper than 8K a month too!

That would be Lanson Place. Regency House is also close-by.

Fraser and Somerset should also have locations in the area.

Hi Clong,

My company is putting us up in the Park Royal Serviced Residences right near the Nicoll Highway MRT station. We arrive on Monday so I can give you an update on its quality then.

I think it is around 8k for a 2 bedroom per month.
