i have got some interviews coming up in singapore for teaching jobs, both at private language schools and institutes for prfessinal training. what is the minimum salary offered and what kind of package should i ask for? i have an MA, 6 years teaching experience in the private sector.

Very simple.
Basic = Basic
Gross = Basic + Fixed monthly allowances

No need to mention bonus / any variable allowances...
