Hougang and D14, D19

Post by JohnSin » Thu, 22 Mar 2012 11:02 pm

Hello

Considering moving in the Hougang area with my family. Is it a nice area?
We are looking mainly through D14 and D19, and possibly D13.

Looking for a 3 bedroom, with 4000 budget

Thank you in advance for your help!

Everything in Singapore is the same to an extent. What types of things are you looking for? It's "nice" just like any other area outside of the city is...

Hi

You are right "nice" is so subjective...
Looking for playgrounds for our young kids, some parks.
Trying to avoid an area which is "exclusivly residential", by that I mean a place that has some diversity: residential + parks + shopping area, etc...

Just trying to see if Hougang (and by extension D19 + D14 + D13) is OK with our basic living "requirements" and 4000 sdg budget...

Thank you again!
