I am a Business analyst working with HSBC and I have overall experience of 8 years in Banking and Financial services domain.

I am currently in India and would like to permanently work and settle in Singapore

I am on the lookout for suitable roles in the Banking and Financial industry in Singapore and would appreciate your help/guidance on a few areas, such as:

- Current job market in banking/financial services.
- Possible recruitment agencies that can facilitate mine job-search
- How can I increase the success of my job search in Singapore
- Singapore companies preference for expat candidates for roles as mine.

would greatly appreciate if you can provide any additional thoughts/guidance as well , which will really help me plan/advance my job search.

I would suggest you take some time and use the search function of this site located on the upper right side of this page. (There are two, one inbuilt and the a Google custom search one). This way, the truth doesn't hurt so much as it's not been directly leveled at you, but at others who were also too lazy to do some research on this board first.
