Spass Application

Hi, Just want to check about Spass application.
what will happen If two companies apply Spass for one person.
I have some problem with that. I got a job offer from company A and they said they don't know how to apply Spass as they never hired foreigner before. They said they will find a way and call me bk. During this time, I have another job offer from Secod Company B and they applied Spass online and status is pending. I called Company A in order to inform not to apply Spass but they said they already apply manually. I don't know what to do right now. Please advised me on this matter. Should I go to MOM?
