ROM in Singapore

Hi,

If I am a local who ROM my foreign wife in Singapore.

Can I apply immediately LTVP for her?

Or she must go back to her country

Sure you can apply for an LTVP for her. No problem. Whether or not it is approved is a different story. You won't know the answer to that until you try.

Can I apply for the LTVP+ before ROM so that she do not need to go back after ROM.

1. No. You need to be married first before you can apply for LTVP+.

2. In LTVP+ scheme, I think the couple must be married for at least 3 years. Here it is stated by ICA http://www.ica.gov.sg/news_details.aspx?nid=12665

relatively both LTVP and LTVP+ too has the same criteria to apply? meaning salary and etc

Not quite. LTVP+ is for those with Singaporean spouse only, and preferably with Singaporean child (if without, minimum 3 years of marriage will be taken into account among other factors)

Hello lynx thanks for the clarification! meaning if in future my foreign wife is to be pregnant i can apply LTVP+ for her then? and ya i'm a singaporean
