I'm looking for feedback on diving in the Similans. A number of people rave about the location, but I've also heard that its not the best place to go esp when you've got soooo many other options in SEA. What are your thoughts?
A bit about my likes / dislikes: my fave place for diving so far is Mengangan in Bali followed closely by the Gili's. I enjoy muck diving - know that Lembeh is the place to go for that - and have a camera so love the small stuff although am not adverse to letting my jaw drop when the big stuff comes around.
