Hi,
If I am local (a divorce), age 31, with 2 kids and plan to marry my chinese gf, age 31, from china. What are the possible issues that will arise from here?
Lets say after ROM, I apply for her LTVP.
For myself, I owned a HDB flat, has custody of 2 kids and have a monthly income of 4.5K. No criminal offences.
For her, never work in Singapore before. Came to Singapore on Social visit 2 years ago. No criminal offences.
Anybody with similar experience, would appreciate your kind sharing.

Shouldn't be a real problem. You should get LTVP with no real issues unless she has been coming down to Singapore on regular visits over a period of time which you have indicated she hasn't so shouldn't be a worry there. After she has been married to you for 2 or so years, then apply for PR for her. This is to ensure to the ICA that the marriage isn't one of convenience. Your income is within range so I really don't see any problems.

You think a marriage is supposed to be about convenience? No wonder you're divorced! haha
A marriage of convenience (plural marriages of convenience) is a marriage contracted for reasons other than the reasons of relationship, family, or love.
In this case it means you're getting married just so she can get an LTVP or PR.
