Hello
I've browsed through this forum for a related query like mine, but couldnt find any. I would appreciate any advice provided.
My husband and I are both PEP holders, and we are planning to apply for PR. Since my employer is very well reputed here, I feel that having me as the main applicant in the PR application will be more helpful.
However, if I do that - will my husband incur NS liability, as he is not the main applicant? He is nearing 35. The guidelines provided arent very clear as to what the liability is, if he is not the main applicant.
Please let me know. Thanks !
