Hairdresser and beautician recommendations?

Hi there
Just moved here and am looking for a beautician and also a new hairdresser in central Singapore area. Living in River Valley so somewhere close by would be great but need someone good as my hair has a mind of its own!
Any recommendations would be highly appreciated

After trial and error I found Trimmings at Robertson walk to be good, ask for Alvin. Pricey but worth it :)
