Overseas job posting

What are the things one should ask for when a company send its employee for overseas job posting ? I understand accommodation , transport and some food allowances must be covered, including medical and insurance benefits. What else should one take note and ask for also ? I have heard usually there must be a pay rise as well ? How much percentage should the pay rise be ?

An adjustment for cost of living, not quite a pay raise. But if you can get them to pay, then yes!

Do you have kids? Then you need them to pay for International Schooling. Prices vary, but in Singapore ~SGD$30k a year is a good ballpark. The important thing isn't that the private school is better (They're often not, but that's a hugely debatable point), but that they will follow the same curriculum of the schools in your home country. When you return, the kids won't be screwed. For example, a year or three ahead in math, but a few years back in other subjects.

There is no "must" in these things, everything is up to what you and your employer agree to and thus eventually how urgently the employer wants you to go and whether there are any others able/willing to fill the position.
You should carefully consider your negotiating position!
