Unreasonable Employer

Can i Complain to the mom about this , cause everytime my emplyer will delay my salary 6 to 7 days, and scold me whenever my emplyer is in a bad mood~ plz advice!!

A:

An employee must be paid at least once a month. However, there is nothing to prevent an employer from paying salary to his employee at a shorter interval.

All salary, other than payment for overtime work, must be paid within seven days after the end of the salary period. Salary for overtime must be paid within 14 days after the end of the salary period.

Example:
Paul is a monthly-rated employee. His salary period is one calendar month. However, his employer usually pays him his monthly salary in advance on the 25th of each month. In the month of June, his employer has some cash flow problems. If the employer pays Paul his June salary by 7th July, his employer has not violated the law.

So, no, you do not have a legitimate complaint.
