See you there!

the stretch of bars along boat quay shows F1. they're surprisingly still open on weekends. but it's definitely safer if you check them out during the weekdays to confirm whether they're showing it. you can just grab a beer and just sit for the full race.
The bad side of these is that now that the race has gone Europe, it's at 8pm SG, so the bars/eateries are usually quite crowded and noisy. Can't really hear much of the commentary. (But local commentary is shit anyway) I've been to Brotzeit and they're a very nice place to be at, if you're German, or supporting a German driver.
Yes I'm female and I watch F1. WOOH

Rob,
I have just moved here too - I'd be keen to watch the races with someone else. Let me know if you have managed to find a decent place and/or group to watch with.

I'm moving to Singapore on 25th July, and the first thing I did when I new I was moving was buy a ticket to the Singapore Grand Prix! I love F1, and it would be great to watch the remaining races with other fans and a pint or 2 somewhere.
If you guys have a regular meet and don't mind me tagging along, give me a shout.
Cheers,
Rob.

Well, you only have 11 more months left to wait.

I'll be in Singapore for a few nights from this Thursday and wanting to watch the last race on Sunday night - I believe it'll be starting at midnight, does anyone know of anywhere that'll be showing plus stay open during the entire race?
Also welcome to join me for a few beers, worse case I'm staying at the Sheraton and might ask them if they'd put it on for me at the bar or something.
