Training Employment Pass

Postby clarang » Wed, 07 Mar 2012 3:02 pm

Hi friends, any experts here can enlighten me?

We are operating a study abroad consultation company. Due to the requests from overseas university partners, they want us to bring their students and graduates to have training in Singapore companies under Training Employment Pass (TEP).

Do I need to get Employment Agency license? As i know it's not easy to acquire. And we only apply TEP, no work pass.

Btw, if i want to ask MOM, need to make appointment with them right?

Sorry about that honey. I guess those who are experts on subject matter are either not among us or haven't seen your thread yet. You probably have to lay it longer and wait.

Meanwhile, you don't really need an appointment to ask MOM. Just a phone call will do and ask for general advice. If they deem it necessary for you to send e-mail or meet in person to discuss further, I'm sure they would advise so over the phone.

Good luck.
