Breitling Emergency Chronograph
I am keen to know ..zakdave wrote:Hi Guys,
I have experienced the benefit of this PLB years back when I was fishing with a couple of my mates off East Malaysia. Honestly satellite phones like Immarsat are crappy, I've tried calling in for help but instead couldn't even communicate with them as they were speaking a foreign language. Worst of all, it die on me when it submerged in water. Fortunately, my mate had a PLB which was waterproof and we managed to get assistance from the coastguard in say about 30mins..
Well, this device is very popular in the States and I believed across Europe too.. To know more, you guys might wanna check this website

Anyway, Can someone kindly tell me where I can get this PLB from Kannad in Singapore?
Cheers

So, your PLB triggers, and then the Malaysian coast guard picks you up ..
So how does THAT work ?
I don't doubt the capability of the Malaysian Coast Guard, though their air assets are limited.
