Weird Message on TV

I keep getting a message on the TV !
Looks like this

SWIFT JAGUAR CANNON BALL
ASSESSED RISK. VALOUR

also two symbols - one of which is the Singapore logo
Any idea ?

It means they're on to you.

I imagine these are messages for the armed forces reserve units. They tend to crop up every few months.

SINGAPORE: A Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and Singapore Police Force (SPF) Joint Open Mobilisation Exercise is now in progress.

Four units with the following codewords have been activated:

Swift jaguar, Cannon ball, Assessed risk, Valour.

All personnel from the activated units must report to their mobilisation base at once with their personal equipment.

Those are secret codes by the Singapore Govt, to activate the drones, under the mind control program. Not meant for foreigners like you and me (asking the above question just confirmed that you are a foreigner .. )

seriously, they are activation notices for the respective SAF personnel .. did you see the Civil Defence or Police or such logo next to the message ? For Recall ..

I'm pretty used to them now as I have my son in the Navy and my nephew, (the one with the little girl) who's in the commandos. Son is full time NS but nephew is a reservist.

does SWIFT JAGUAR CANNON BALL not mean that they have to go hunt as a Jaguar for Cannon Ball foreigners who don't understand these codes?
